You seem do have a better understanding of the manga style than most but she looks stiff. look up gesture drawing and you'll be good in no time.

hmmm I dont think the fabrics are raping around the skin quite right. You can really see it on the left arm. Besides that it's good. Also the hair doesn't look totally attached to the head.

Six fingers, lop sided boobs, no but or contorts in her legs, eyes that aren't attached to head, and u am not supposed to see her belly button. There's a lot to work on.

All around good ^_^ her neck is a little miss placed so the head is too far to our left (her right) Thats about it. Also her hands arnt very "girly" but i guess it's just cuz those are thick gloves or something.
